The recommended time for ordering your Wedding or Formal dress is 3 to 6 months before your event. "The sooner the better rule" also applies to Grad-Prom dresses. New Graduation-Prom dresses are usually in store by January of each year, and the season's most popular styles can sell out very quickly! We recommend planning to order your Grad-Prom dress early to avoid disappointment if the dress you LOVE sells out.

While most of our Wedding and Formal dresses are available with much quicker delivery times than traditional bridal stores, it's still important to place your dress order early enough before your Wedding or event to allow your seamstress time for any alterations you may need to have done to your dress after you receive it.

Additional shipping charges may apply for customers from Newfoundland, Labrador, Nunavut, NWT & Yukon, and remote locations in other provinces. We will notify you, if applicable, before processing your order.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION: The following products featured on our website are now shipped directly to the customer from the United States: White Clover Bridal Slips and undergarments, and all Illusions Bridal Veils, Tiaras, Jewellery, and Hair Combs. Applicable shipping charges are indicated for each product in the product description. How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive?

Paradise Style Group does its best to make sure that your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons beyond our control such as unforeseen delays from the manufacturer, transit delays, incorrect customer shipping address information, etc.

How Is My Dress Shipped?

We package your dress order carefully, in a protective plastic bag inside a shipping box.

You can expect some wrinkling associated with packing and shipping of any clothing. Don't compare the dress that comes out of a package with the photos on websites of a professionally steamed dress. To get the same look for your dress, we always recommend having your dress professionally steamed or pressed after any alterations are done, and before your wedding or event. Your local dry cleaner can do this for you for a very reasonable cost.

Where is My Order Shipped From?

Most of our Canadian customer orders are shipped directly from our facilities in Vancouver, British Columbia, or from our manufacturers across Canada. White Clover Bridal Slips, and Illusions Bridal Veils, Tiaras, Jewellery, and Hair Combs are shipped directly to the customer from the manufacturers in the USA. Please note that customer is responsible for all Canadian Import fees associated with an order that is being shipped to them directly from the United States.
