3. LOSS OF MERCHANDISE IN TRANSIT
We insure each dress purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. If the dress order is lost in transit to you, we will make a claim with the shipping company for compensation on your behalf. We will not issue a refund if the item is lost or broken or otherwise damaged during return transit to us, and you must file your claim with the shipping company for compensation.
