Paradise Style Group is exclusively an online store. We only sell our dresses, accessories, and wedding supplies through our website. By not having the overhead expenses of a traditional store, we can offer the same styles and quality of dresses and wedding accessories, for less than traditional bridal and formal wear stores.

For faster delivery times, all White Clover Bridal Slips and undergarments, and all Illusions Bridal Veils, Tiaras, Jewellery, and Hair Combs are shipped directly to the customer from the USA. Applicable shipping charges are indicated for each product in the product description. Please note that customer is also responsible for all Canadian Import fees that may be levied on orders that are being shipped directly from the United States. These fees are not included in the product prices shown on our website, or in our shipping charges. Paradise Style Group does not collect the duties and taxes on these products, and cannot predict what your specific Import fees may be. Do You Accept Dress Orders Outside Of Canada?

Wedding Dresses, Beach Wedding Dresses, Modest Wedding Dresses, Bridesmaid Dresses, Grad-Prom Dresses, Formal Dresses, Pageant Dresses, and Mother of the Bride Dresses on our Canadian website are shipped to Canadian customer addresses only.

Do You Charge Sales Tax?

We apply GST (5%) to all purchases in Canada. Provincial Sales Tax (7%) is also applied to orders from British Columbia.

We do not collect GST or PST on orders that are shipped directly to the customer from the United States. Customer is responsible for all Canadian import fees that may be levied for their order.

Do You Accept Returns?

There are no exchanges, returns, or refunds for products sold in the following categories: Wedding Veils, Tiaras, Bridal Jewellery, Bridal Fun Wear, Bridal Crinolines & Slips and Wedding Accessories.

To ensure our customers receive only BRAND NEW dresses that have not been worn or tried on by other customers, dresses sold by Paradise Style Group in the following collections are FINAL SALE ITEMS and are NOT RETURNABLE for exchange or refund: Wedding Dresses, Beach Wedding Dresses, Modest Wedding Dresses, Bridesmaid Dresses, Grad-Prom Dresses, Formal Dresses, Pageant Dresses, and Mother of the Bride Dresses. How Do I Know Which Size To Order?

There's no question, our customers love the style and quality of our designer dresses, and one of the most important aspects about ordering a dress online, is choosing the correct size for your dress.

Be sure to use the size chart and Measuring Instructions for our Wedding Dresses, Beach Wedding Dresses, Modest Wedding Dresses, Bridesmaid Dresses, Grad-Prom Dresses, Formal Dresses, Pageant Dresses, and Mother of the Bride Dresses.

As with most designer formal wear, our dresses fit smaller than regular clothing sizes. Measure yourself carefully and avoid guessing at your dress size based on what you normally wear in regular clothing. The little extra time and effort it takes to measure yourself properly, or to have your seamstress take your measurements for you, is more than worth the effort when it comes to ordering the right dress size.

It's also important to remember that almost any formal wear may need minor alterations to fit you perfectly, whether you're buying from us online, or from your local bridal store.

How Is My Dress Shipped?

We package your dress order carefully, in a protective plastic bag inside a shipping box. You may expect some wrinkling associated with packing and shipping of any clothing. Don't compare the dress that comes out of a package with the photos on websites of a professionally steamed dress. To get the same look for your dress, we always recommend having your dress professionally steamed or pressed after any alterations are done, and before your wedding or event. Your local dry cleaner can do this for you for a very reasonable cost.

What Type Of Payments Do You Accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit card payments through PayPal. Paypal is one of the most secure and easiest ways to pay on the internet today. You can use your credit card without ever exposing your card number to us.

Please be aware that we do not accept personal check or money order payments for special occasion dresses or wedding accessories at this time. Availability of dress sizes and colors changes frequently, therefore we cannot guarantee that the color or size of a particular dress you need will be available between the time you place your order and when we receive and process your check or money order payment.

Do I Need To Have A PayPal Account To Pay For My Order?

A PayPal account is not required to complete your purchase. You DO NOT need to sign up for PayPal if you don't have a PayPal account, just click on the option to pay with a credit card on the screen. If you need assistance with a PayPal payment, you may contact PayPal directly at (888) 221-1161.

Can I Cancel My Order After I've Placed It?

Orders submitted to us cannot be cancelled. The following exceptions apply:

1. Dress Orders: If the size, color, or style you need is out of stock at the time your order is received by us, we will notify you by email or telephone with the estimated restocking date for you to resubmit your order.

2. Dress Orders: If a dress style is no longer available from our manufacturer at the time we receive your order, we will notify you within 24-48 hours of receiving the information from our manufacturer.

If your order needs to be cancelled for either of the above reasons, we will promptly issue a full refund for your payment through PayPal.

Will You Do A Price Match If I Find The Same Dress Elsewhere, For Less?

If you see the exact same dress on another Canadian formal wear retailer's website for less, please provide us with the link to the website, before you place your order, and we will be happy to do our best to beat their pricing. Calculation of competitor's price will include applicable shipping, extra size costs and/or tax. Price matching does not apply to USA websites, sale priced or clearance dresses unless the sale or clearance price is set by the manufacturer. EBay and auction site dresses do not quality for our price match offer.

Do You Publish A Catalogue?

We do not publish a catalogue. All of our dresses and accessories are shown in our online store.
