Now that the wedding is over what is one thing you wish you knew now that you didn't know before you got married?


I wish I would've thought to bring storage containers! Since we had our recption catered I didn't think of it.But, all the food we had left we could've saved for later or had donated to a homeless shelter or something.I feel horrible the rest was wasted.When there's so much going on as a bridal party you dont always get a chance to fully enjoy your meal.I was starving later and wishing I had the left overs.So, my advice to anyone whose having a buffet or your reception catered.Put someone in charge of containters.Ask what the policy is and if they just throw away the food or not.They maybe able to donate it or you might be able to keep the left overs.Its diffinitly something I wish I did.The food was amazing and there was so much left over.

That is a really good Idea. I had never thought before about the waste that the party can generate. It would be such a shame to just throw away all the leftovers.

I would have spent more time with my guests. It is very hard to spend time with everyone.
