DRESS ORDER POLICIES

These policies apply to dress orders from the following collections on our website:

Classic Gowns Collection
Short Grad Prom Dresses
Cherish Bridal Collection
Classic Bridesmaid Dresses
Modest Bridesmaid Dresses
Mother's Dresses

By submitting a dress order to us, you are indicating that you have read and agree with these policies. Paradise Style Group reserves the right to amend this information from time to time. Any changes take effect on the date that we post them on the website.

PAYMENT: We accept Mastercard and Visa credit card payments through Paypal, our secure online payment processor. Price shown in US currency. Dress orders to Canada are shipped from the US and may be subject to import fees such as duty and taxes upon arrival. These import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not shown in our prices.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY: We accept dress orders from CANADA and the US only at this time. We are currently offering free regular shipping to most locations in both countries. Some restrictions apply, please see below. Estimated delivery time for your dress order is 2 to 4 weeks. We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, however delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. Paradise Style Group will determine the carrier based on destination.

Free Shipping Restrictions: Additional shipping charges may apply for orders shipped to Labrador, Nunavut, NWT, Yukon, Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact us before placing your order if you are having a dress delivered to these locations.

Please be sure to provide your correct shipping address with your order. If an order is refused by the customer when it arrives, or returned without prior authorization, customer will be charged a minimum 50% restocking fee, plus shipping costs. If an order needs to be redirected, the customer will be responsible for costs.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Carriers do not accept liability for damages or loss unless a notation is made at time of delivery. Once we deliver your order to the carrier, a risk of loss or damage to the dress is transferred to the customer. We will not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage during transit of order. For any such loss or damage, the customer must initiate all claims directly with the carrier.

ORDER STATUS: You will receive confirmation emails from us through Paypal for the following events:

1. when you submit your order
2. when we process it
3. when it is shipped

COLOR DISCLAIMER : All of the pictures in this collection are taken of the actual dresses we sell. We do our best to accurately represent the color and design of these gowns. Variation may occur due to issues beyond our control such as your computer display settings, and rarely, manufacturer changes to trim details.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE: This special occasion dress is a FINAL SALE item. Your dress is thoroughly inspected before it is shipped to you, including zipper, hem, and seams. In the unlikely event that a defect is missed during this inspection, we will offer an exchange only for the same style, size, and color. We do not issue a refund. It is up to you to ensure your order is placed with enough time before your event to allow for exchange if needed. Please contact us in writing within 24 hours of receiving your dress for a Return Authorization Number. A return for exchange will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number. Shipping charges and shipping address information will be provided to you when the Return Authorization Number is issued. Exchange will be processed after we receive and inspect your returned dress. The following are not considered manufacturing defects and therefore do not qualify for exchange: incorrect size was ordered, color variation, damage arising from wear, damage from cleaning.

CANCELLATION: Your order is placed immediately with our supplier, so we are unable to cancel a dress order once you submit it to us. The following exceptions apply: if the size or color that you need is discontinued by the supplier, or if the dress has sold out and will not be restocked in time for your event. In these situations we will promptly issue a full refund of your payment through Paypal.
